Seven in the evening

A call comes in.

The one you would have missed.

It answers

It picks up and books them in.

Into your real calendar, on the first ring, every time.

It remembers

It logs the details and follows up.

Transcript, contact, next step. Nothing dropped.

And the part nobody mentions

It knows when to hand you the phone.

Ontario, Canada

It answers the call you would have missed.

AI receptionists, voice agents and automation for small businesses. Electrical Engineering at Western University, pursuing the Ivey HBA.

About

Electrical engineering, the Ivey HBA, and a practice that pays for itself.

I am an Electrical Engineering student at Western University, working toward the Ivey HBA dual degree. It suits how I already worked: build the thing, then figure out how it pays for itself.

At fifteen I co-founded a streetwear label and grew it past ten thousand followers, which taught me more about operations than any course has. Since then I have run a school's student council, organised cultural events for the Tamil Student Association, and managed a polling station for a federal election.

Now I build automated systems for businesses that need the work done without hiring for it.

The problem

62%

of calls to a small business go unanswered.

85 percent of those callers never ring back. They ring someone else. You do not have a lead problem. You have a pickup problem.

What I build

Six things, each scoped so you know what arrives.

  • AI Receptionist

Answers every call, books into your real calendar, answers the questions you get twenty times a week, and hands the rest to you with a summary.

Answers 24/7 · Books appointments · Escalates with context

  • Voice Agents

Inbound and outbound agents that hold a real conversation. Screening enquiries, confirming appointments, chasing the follow ups nobody gets around to.

Screens enquiries · Confirms bookings · Runs follow ups

  • Workflow Automation

Pipelines that move information for you. Intake forms into the CRM, enquiries into follow up sequences, reports generated and filed without anyone opening a spreadsheet.

Intake to CRM · Automatic follow up · Reports on a schedule

  • Websites

Landing pages, storefronts, dashboards and full platforms. Designed, built, deployed, with the analytics wired up so you can see what it is doing.

Designed and built · Deployed and measured · Yours to keep

  • Brand Identity

Logo, colour system, typography and the guidelines that keep it consistent once other people start using it.

Marks · Colour and type · Usage rules

  • Custom Builds

Chatbots trained on your documents, internal tools, data analysers. Scoped against what you actually need rather than what is fashionable.

Scoped with you · Built and handed over · Supported after launch

The idea

One unbroken line, from the first ring to the job done.

Hold the button. Watch it join up. That is the whole product.

  1. A call comes in
  2. Answered
  3. Booked
  4. Logged
  5. Handed to you

Press and hold. Let go and it eases back.

How it goes

Four steps, in this order.

No retainer before you have seen a written scope.

  1. 01

    Call

Thirty minutes. You describe where your time goes. I tell you honestly whether automation helps or whether you just need a better form.

  2. 02

    Scope

A written proposal. What gets built, what it costs, what it will and will not do.

  3. 03

    Build

You see working pieces as they land, not a reveal at the end. Changes are cheapest while it is still being built.

  4. 04

    Hand over

It runs on your accounts, documented, with a month of support so it survives contact with real customers.

The record

The line has been unbroken for a while.

The real questions

What people actually ask before they buy.

Where does my customer data go?

Onto your own accounts, not mine. The system runs on infrastructure you own and can revoke. I will tell you exactly which services touch a caller's details before anything is built, and you approve that list.

What does it cost to set up?

Quoted per project after the first call. There is no honest number I can put on a page without knowing your call volume and what you want handled. What I will promise is a written scope with the price on it before you commit to anything.

Will it sound like a robot?

Not any more. The voices are good now, and that is not where these fail. They fail by staying calm and scripted through a moment that needed a person. An emergency, a complaint, someone upset. So before launch we agree what those moments are and it hands the call straight to you. That is the part most people selling this never mention.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Every call is logged with a transcript, so you can see what happened rather than guess. Anything it is unsure about gets escalated to you with the context attached instead of being answered badly.

Do I own it?

Yes. It runs on your accounts, it is documented, and you can take it elsewhere. I am not a subscription you cannot leave.

Get started

Tell me where your time goes.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. If automation is not the answer for you, I will say so on the call.
